Hi! I’m Jin (he/him)

As a true millennial, I got my start learning html as a kid and making my own web1 designs on Neopets and Geocities. Though I went to a tech magnet high school, I jumped ship by going to art school afterwards. But a year ago, I started re-learning how to code, and discovered to my surprise that it was actually relaxing and fun for my brain.

I recently completed an internship where I was the sole web developer for a local organization. I sharpened (and flexed!) my front end skills on the notoriously tricky Squarespace platform, translating wireframes into an entirely custom website.

I love discovering new ways to bring delightful designs to life. I’m versed in responsive & accessible web practices. My growing edges (which I’m trodding merrily) are SASS and Javascript, with an eye on learning React.
